I am a Drama teacher from just outside London (who consoles myself by telling others just how quickly I can be in central).  Working in North London but living just outside seems to suit me – I’m a bumpkin really.

I grew up in Wiltshire.  I miss the hills and the white horses and the sound of the guns on Salisbury Plain.

When I go ‘home’ (to Ma and Pa’s) now though it is to another beautiful county, Suffolk.  As flat and warm-yellow as Wiltshire is rolling and crispy-green I have been easily converted by its charms; and the local people’s inability to pronounce the \ˈyü\ sound (queue becomes koo… koot eh?)
